"Wear, walk, run"

White ankle socks that do exactly what they claim and nothing more. Terry cotton with a cushioned footbed, cut low so they disappear under trainers and stay there through squats, sprints and everything in between.

They will not make you run faster or lift more. What they will do is keep their shape through the wash, hold the padding where your heel actually lands, and stay white a good deal longer than the pair you are currently wearing. Wear them, walk in them, run in them, then do it again tomorrow.
